All components of FoodSpotter — trademark, logo, interfaces, texts, database — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, with the exception of content posted by users, which remains theirs. The trademarks, names and logos of the listed businesses belong to their respective owners. Their presence on FoodSpotter serves to inform the public and implies neither partnership nor endorsement. Any reproduction or extraction, in whole or in part, of the content or of the database is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
FoodSpotter lists the locations of mobile traders and vending machines, largely reported by its community.
